GPS Analysis server

用来存储所有入网的车辆资料
储存有关车辆运行的历史资料，包括时间、地点、速度、方向、状态等。
GIS server
用于保存整个监控系统需要的电子地图，根据WEB服务器需要从该服务器读取地图数据。

通讯控制器主要负责下发对车辆的控制指令和接收车辆上传的设置状态、报警等信息。
Fixed IP address
系统运行时须具有性能稳定的固定（静态）IP地址，如该IP地址出现中断情况，将直接导致客户端不能访问和丢失车辆上传的各种数据。
建议固定（静态）IP地址带宽在2M以上。
